Road toll services
Russian ETC processing: CNY 500 excluding tax, including one ETC device. Road-use fee processing: CNY 700 excluding tax, providing the service. Related top-ups carry a 3% service fee; accounts are reconciled monthly. Road charges are separate.

Cross-border insurance
Discuss vehicle, liability and driver protection based on your route, vehicle and coverage period. Final coverage and premiums are confirmed by the insurer and policy.

Oversize transport permits
Document assistance for overheight, overlength, overweight and overwidth cargo. Provide the route, loaded dimensions, gross weight and planned dates.

Fine monitoring and payment assistance
Support with checking relevant notices and arranging payments, subject to the country, source and service conditions.

Roadside and driver services
Parking, tyres, truck washing, tarpaulin repair, vehicle supplies and driver amenities. Availability, roadside assistance and payment arrangements require confirmation.
Built through real transport operations
We established fleets in Chengdu and Kyrgyzstan to develop and test CHINAPAY.ai. Digital services are now our main business; a small number of vehicles remain for product and service testing. We also introduce Eurasian transport requirements to interested carriers, with capacity, routes and cooperation terms confirmed individually.
